HEY THERE EDUCATORS 👋I’M JULIE
For the past twenty years I have dedicated myself to researching, implementing and reflecting on evidence-based practices to approach teaching and learning. Education is my passion, and supporting educators to embed best teaching practices into their curriculum has become my focus.
As an international educator, workshop leader, consultant and mindfulness coach, I have worked with schools around the globe to raise academic achievement by going beyond academics; by prioritizing skill development and cultivating curiosity.
Since returning to the States in 2016, my focus has been working with schools to address a common thread of challenges: How can we prioritize skill development when we have curriculum standards and pacing guides to adhere to? How are we supposed to cultivate curiosity when challenging classroom behaviors disrupt teaching and learning?
I get it. I’ve been there. But I promise you, you can.
